Two sessions to learning a powerful, easily-absorbed technique for
calming the mind and relaxing the body.
The first session explains all
the pro's and con's and do's and dont's of sitting down to meditate.
The participants take a small break and then we go into the second
session. The participants are actually guided in the process.
The
student then goes home to practice for a week and the third session is a
review of the experiences in order to ensure that the participant is
on the right track.
